How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free on qualifying Mainland UK orders over £95 + VAT, and £5 + VAT under £95. We ship with Royal Mail, DX Express and EVRi, with tracking emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. Rates are not the same across the whole store: counters, showcases, slatwall, shelving runs and other palletised goods are heavy or bulky, and those may need an access check or a custom delivery quote before dispatch. All delivery prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise, and the charge confirmed at checkout is the charge for your order.

What if I need to return it?
Eligible items can be returned within 28 days, unused, unassembled and in their original packaging. Damaged items should be reported within 14 days, and all packaging should be kept for inspection. Shortages or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes. The bulk tiers in the buy box above come off automatically as the quantity rises. For larger or repeat volumes, request a trade quote and we will price the whole order.
