Collecting your order
Can I collect without an email confirmation?
No. You must receive our email confirming your order is ready for collection before you visit. Orders that are not confirmed ready cannot be collected.
What do I need to bring with me?
Bring your confirmation email, and photo ID if you are asked for it.
When can I collect my order?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
How do I get to the showroom?
We are at 556-558 High Road, Seven Kings, Ilford IG3 8EG — a 2-minute walk from Seven Kings station on the Elizabeth line. There is free parking for 4 cars. See the map and directions.
What can I collect from the showroom?
Over 1,000 shop fittings and retail supplies, including slatwall, gridwall, display counters and cabinets, market stalls, carrier bags and packaging, clothes rails, mannequins, hangers, chrome wire shelving, shelving and racking, tubes and clamps, twin slot uprights, glass shelves, shopping baskets, leaflet holders, acrylic displays, jewellery display, sale posters, dump bins and POS supplies.
Does Click & Collect save money?
Yes. Choosing Click & Collect means you skip the delivery charge and pick your order up when it suits you.
Delivery, returns & support
Do you deliver as well as offer collection?
Yes. Delivery is free on qualifying orders over £95 + VAT. Order before 2pm and a next day option may be available on eligible products and postcodes.
What if the item is not right for my space?
Eligible items can be returned within 28 days under our returns policy. If you are unsure before ordering, we will help you check sizing and compatibility first.
Can you help me choose the right fittings?
Yes. Tell us your space, product type, weight requirements or display goal and we will help narrow down sizes, finishes and accessories — before you buy, not after.
