Shoplines Supplies Limited usually dispatches orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, once payment has cleared. Same-day dispatch may be available for orders placed before 4:00pm, subject to stock, courier availability and order checks.

Eligible items can be returned unused, unassembled and in original packaging.
We currently ship within Mainland UK as standard.
Orders to remote or non-mainland areas, such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, may incur delivery surcharges. These will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery options depend on postcode, product size, stock availability and courier service. Heavy or bulky items, including pallet deliveries, may require a custom quote before dispatch.

Zone 1 - Mainland UK
Free standard delivery over £95 + VAT. Orders under £95 are £5 + VAT. Express delivery is available from £10 + VAT where eligible.
Optional Zone 1 upgrades
Where available at checkout: Next Day £9.95 + VAT, Next Day by Noon £14.99 + VAT, and Saturday pre-12pm £29.99 + VAT.
Remote areas
Zones 2-4 may range from around £30-£66 including VAT depending on postcode and parcel size. Bulky items may have bespoke rates.
Zones 2 and 3
Typical rate: £20 + VAT where available. Includes selected Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man postcodes.
Zone 4
Typical rate: £47 + VAT where available. Includes selected offshore islands, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Islands, Argyll & Bute and GY postcodes.
Heavy goods
Counters, showcases, slatwall, shelving runs and palletised deliveries may need an access check or custom delivery quote before dispatch.
How we prepare your order.
Orders placed before 4:00pm may be dispatched the same working day once payment has cleared and stock has been confirmed. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, dispatch may take 2-4 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Please check your delivery when it arrives.
- 1. Inspect on arrival
Check the packaging and goods before accepting where possible.
- 2. Note visible damage
If anything looks damaged, sign as damaged or unchecked and keep all packaging.
- 3. Tell us quickly
Contact us immediately with photos, order details and a description of the issue.
- 4. Partial shipments
Large orders may arrive in more than one delivery, but you will only pay one delivery fee.
Returning an item.
Eligible items can be returned within 28 days, equivalent to 20 working days, provided they are unused, unassembled, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide returns authorisation and the correct return instructions.
Return carriage is normally paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly. Refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

How to start a return
- Contact us in writing with your order number, product details and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and the correct return instructions before sending goods back.
- Pack the item securely and use a tracked courier service.
- The item remains your responsibility until it has been received by us.
- Keep your proof of posting and tracking number until your refund is complete.
Refunds and exchanges
- Original delivery charges are normally excluded from refunds unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
- Exchanges may be possible, but please contact us first so we can confirm stock availability.
- Returns outside the policy window may be refused, exchanged only or accepted with an administration fee at our discretion.
- Card refunds are processed after inspection, but your bank may take additional working days to show the funds.
Problems with an order
- Damaged items should be reported within 14 days, and all packaging should be kept for inspection.
- Shortages or incorrect items should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Faults are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
- Faulty items should be reported with your order number, contact details, product details and whether you need a refund or replacement.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched by our courier.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
Most courier deliveries require a signature. Heavy goods and pallet deliveries normally require someone to receive and inspect the goods.
What if I miss the courier?
The courier will usually leave instructions for redelivery or collection. For pallet deliveries, the carrier may call to arrange a suitable time.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
