We currently ship within Mainland UK as standard. Orders to remote or non-mainland areas, such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, may incur delivery surcharges. These will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery options depend on postcode, product size, stock availability and courier service. Heavy or bulky items, including pallet deliveries, may require a custom quote before dispatch.

Order processing & dispatch
- Orders placed before 4:00pm may be dispatched the same working day once payment has cleared and stock has been confirmed.
- Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally processed on the next working day.
- During busy periods, dispatch may take 2-4 working days.
Couriers & tracking
We ship using Royal Mail, DX Express and EVRi. All services are trackable, and tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched. A signature may be required on delivery.
Receiving your delivery
- Inspect your delivery on arrival and check the packaging and goods before accepting where possible.
- If anything looks damaged, sign as damaged or unchecked and keep all packaging.
- Contact us immediately with photos, order details and a description of the issue.
- Large orders may arrive in more than one delivery, but you will only pay one delivery fee.
Returns & refunds
Eligible items can be returned within 28 days, equivalent to 20 working days, provided they are unused, unassembled, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide returns authorisation and the correct return instructions.
- Contact us in writing with your order number, product details and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and the correct return instructions before sending goods back.
- Use a tracked courier service and keep proof of posting.
- The item remains your responsibility until it has been received by us.
- Return carriage is normally paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly.
- Original delivery charges are normally excluded from refunds unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
- Exchanges may be possible, but please contact us first so we can confirm stock availability.
- Damaged items should be reported within 14 days, and all packaging should be kept for inspection.
